N.O.R.A Tea

Known as the pregnancy tea, but it goes much further than that. You don’t have to be pregnant to enjoy the benefits of this tea. Drink this tea to relieve menstrual cramps, for fertility, and postpartum. This tea tastes a lot like black tea with herbs. If you don’t like the taste, but want to enjoy the benefits, mix in a sweetener or combine with another tea you enjoy. To get the full benefits of this tea, it is best to make an infusion. If you are pregnant, talk to your midwife or OB about when to start drinking this tea. There are some cautions to avoid red raspberry leaf during your first trimester. 

Nettle: Is packed with iron, copper, calcium, potassium, zinc, magnesium, silica, fibre, protein, chlorophyll, B vitamins, vitamin A, and vitamin C. Assists with leg cramps, better sleep, postpartum hemorrhage, blood sugar regulation, and anemia. When you think of nettle, think of nourishment. 

Oatstraw: Rich in silica, iron, manganese, B vitamins and zinc. Nourishes the nervous system and balances hormones. 

Red Raspberry Leaf: Has a high vitamin and mineral profile. It’s full of vitamin C, A, E, and B, magnesium, potassium and calcium. Helps encourage a healthy pregnancy, birth, and post postpartum. It helps in strengthening and toning the uterine and pelvic wall. 

Alfalfa: Packed with a high number of different minerals: iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, sodium, potassium, silicon, and trace elements. Contains vitamins A, K, C. Balances blood sugar, soothes the digestive tract, and helps establish a healthy milk supply.
