Milky Oats tincture is made from young oat heads. Most people think of "oats" when imagining the oat plant, but this tincture is made from immature buds and harvested before they are dried. The immature buds contain a healing latex that can only be utilized when processed fresh.

In my second trimester and never heard of milky oats but decided to give this a try since its promoted for its mineral benefits like magnesium and calcium that help support my nervous system. (Better alternative that other "calming/sedative" tintures like valerian/kava which are fast acting but not safe for baby and have short-term effects). It’s not like an instant boost or anything more like a slow, steady long-term support helps my balance system and rebuild over time and super gentle and you can take it daily. Overall, I’ve noticed I feel less frazzled, sleep better, and more balanced/stable emotionally, especially when i take it regularly. ..and no side effects for me or baby which is a plus! Going to start giving this to my son as well to help regulate his nervous system.
